Toyota Financial Services expands Chandler offices by 50%

PHOENIX — Toyota Financial Services (TFS), which deals with finances for the automotive brand, expanded its Chandler office, per a Tuesday announcement.

The regional customer and dealer center is one of three in the country. The others are located in Texas and Georgia.

“Chandler is a key location for TFS as part of our national service center network, and we are excited for our future here,” TFS general manager of customer care Chris Brenner said.

City of Chandler Economic Development Director Micah Miranda said the expansion is evidence of the city being a “premier location for corporate office projects.”

“TFS has a longstanding relationship with the city and knows Chandler offers a pro-business mindset with a strong workforce and high quality of life,” Miranda said.

The expansion saw TFS take full control of a 120,000-square-foot center near Price and Willis roads, where it previously occupied 80,000 square feet of the space. The company first signed a lease for the office in 2019.

It will allow for more frequent in-person collaboration between employees, according to the announcement.

TFS has roughly 3,800 employees with more than $150 billion in assets, as of March 31.

In addition to servicing Toyota customers and dealers, the company also deals with Lexus customers and dealers under the Lexus Financial Services moniker.
