The Rio Group, a Valley real estate agency, signs new office lease in Phoenix

PHOENIX — The Rio Group, a Valley real estate agency, recently signed a new lease for office space in east Phoenix.

The deal is for a 2,635-square-foot space at 2944 Plaza, an office building on 44th Street north of Thomas Road.

“I’m excited to see what this new office has to offer. The six offices, bullpen and conference area provide the perfect space for my growing team,” Rio Vidrio, CEO of The Rio Group, said in a press release Wednesday. “Plus, the layout offers great spots to film videos and create content.”

The Rio Group shopped around first

Vidrio said he toured more than 10 offices in Phoenix before choosing 2944 Plaza.

Jorge Lizarraga of A.Z. & Associates LLC represented the tenant in the lease deal.

NAI Horizon represented the landlord. The commercial real estate company has a personal interest in the deal because it has a corporate office in the same building.

“We are pleased to add The Rio Group to the professional synergy of the building,” NAI Horizon Vice President Cole Neville said in the release.
