Scottsdale developer sells remaining lots at San Tan Valley master-planned community

Scottsdale-based Aread Inc. has sold out the remaining lots at its Skyline Village master-planned community in San Tan Valley.

The 300-acre development on the southwest corner of Skyline Drive and Quail Run in Pinal County is approved for 1,150 single-family detached homes.

Aread sold the last 221 lots for $27.63 million, said Cyrus Afkhami, the company’s executive vice president.

Irvine, California-based The New Home Co. Inc. (NYSE: NWHM) bought 92 lots and Jacksonville, Florida-based Dream Finders Homes Inc. (Nasdaq: DFH) bought 129 home sites, Afkhami said.
