Scottsdale-based SimonCRE has acquired a 10-acre site in Surprise where it’s developing a new Whole Foods store and other retail and restaurant space for big name tenants.

The site is located at the southeast corner of Sarival Avenue and Waddell Road.

SimonCRE bought the property for $3,783,200 on May 12 from Land Reserve Inc., formerly known as Suburban Land Reserve Inc., which is a real estate arm of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
