PHOENIX — Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas recently wrapped up the first phase of a massive $24 million renovation project.
The resort at 6333 North Scottsdale Road now has 25 upgraded two-bedroom villas.
The new and improved units, which are called The Villas at Hilton Scottsdale Resort, are now available for booking.
What’s new at Scottsdale villas?
The villas, which have a private entrance separate from the main resort, have reserved parking as well as secluded outdoor patios. Inside each unit is a living room, fireplace, smart TV, kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer and more.
The villas also have king-sized beds in the master bedroom, as well as two queen beds in the second bedroom. Both come with private bathrooms.
The renovations also upgraded the pool area, adding a fire pit, bar and grab-n-go market.
Staying at the villas has an introductory starting rate at around $749 per night in peak season.
What else is new at Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas?
Aside from the upgrades to the villas, other parts of the resort also benefited from the recently-wrapped up first phase of the project.
The guests rooms were also upgraded, along with the Oasis Bar & Grille and the fitness center.
Much of the landscaping also got an upgrade as part of the multiphase, multiyear renovation.
Tom Clearwater, general manager of Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, said these renovations are helping the venue offer guests the pinnacle of desert luxury.
“We are incredibly excited to introduce the reimagined Villas at Hilton Scottsdale Resort to our guests and locals,” Clearwater said in a Tuesday news release. “From the spacious living areas to the full kitchen, every detail has been carefully considered to create a home-away-from-home experience.”
