A Scottsdale developer has found an anchor tenant for its latest commercial project in Laveen Village.
Diversified Partners LLC signed Rush Funplex to a 75,000-square-foot lease, leaving two commercial spaces left on its 14-acre commercial project dubbed 202 and Dobson.
Rush Funplex, an indoor family entertainment center, features activities including go-karts, bowling, rock climbing, laser tag, mini golf, bumper cars and more. The center offers hourly and daily passes to access its activities, rather than paying for each attraction individually.
Construction for the Laveen Rush Funplex is expected to begin later this year or early in 2026, with an anticipated opening of December 2026.
