A Phoenix-based manufacturer of natural vitamins and supplements recently expanded its operation and is moving its headquarters to a Deer Valley industrial park.

After a more than yearlong search, NBPure acquired a 66,000-square-foot industrial building from The Opus Group, a Minneapolis-based real estate developer, for $14.6 million on June 19, according to Maricopa County documents.

The building is located in Opus’ most recent 30-acre industrial complex called Deer Valley 30 located in north Phoenix.

NBPure’s current headquarters is about a mile away from Deer Valley 30 industrial park. After some tenant improvements — like adding office space, lighting and air conditioning — Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director Foster Bundy expects NBPure to be moved into their newly-acquired space by the first quarter of 2026.

NBPure will be first moving over the distribution and storage facets of its operation, with its manufacturing portion to follow in a couple of years as part of a second growth phase, Bundy added.
