Logistics firm Kenco is the latest company to scoop up industrial space in the West Valley.
Kenco has signed 641,906 square-foot lease in Buckeye, leasing the whole I-10 Gateway building at 440 N 215th Ave.
“The Southwest industrial distribution market continues to be strong,” said Mike Haenel, an executive vice chair for Cushman & Wakefield. “We believe this Kenco lease will be the first of many bigger deals that make during the first half of the year.”
