A mega industrial building in Glendale sold for $128.2 million on June 4, marking the largest single-building industrial sale in the Valley since the start of 2023, according to data from Costar Group Inc.
Sarival Logistics Center, off the Loop 303 and West Bethany Home Road at 6390 N. Sarival Ave., has changed hands from WPT Capital to EQT Exeter. The 1,156,860-square-foot building was built in 2022 and sold for $110.82 per square foot.
The space is currently leased by Logistics Plus, a global warehousing, transportation, fulfillment and logistics company. Cushman and Wakefield’s Will Strong, Molly Hunt, Michael Matchett, and Jack Stamets represented both the buyer and the seller.
Driven by the growth of e-commerce sales, the 303 is now a major industrial corridor in Goodyear and Glendale that could become home to nearly 100 million square feet of warehouse space once it’s built out.
