Arizona’s Huss Brewing and PHX Beer Co. merge to form Zonafide Beverages
Huss Brewing Co., the second largest craft brewery in Arizona, has merged its operations with PHX Beer Co.

Two of the largest breweries in the state of Arizona have merged to create a new company that will focus on growing both brands’ offerings.
Huss Brewing Co. and PHX Beer Co. announced Aug. 13 they have merged operations and both brands will operate under the umbrella of a newly formed company called Zonafide Beverages LLC.
It’s a combination of the No. 2 and No. 12 largest Arizona breweries, according to the latest Phoenix Business Journal research. Huss produced 24,493 barrels in 2023 — the most recent data available — while PHX Beer Co. produced 3,539 barrels.

Who cares what the name is as long as the beer is cold and tasty.
Hopefully they won't stray off the deep end from their business plan and become failed social justice warriors and employee some horribly confused scrawny ugly guy in a dress as a spokesperson and drive their customer base away.
