Burlington Stores plans to open a new location this summer at the Colonnade shopping center in Phoenix.

Burlington Stores plans to open a new location this summer at the Colonnade shopping center in Phoenix.

The discount department store will debut at a date to be determined in the retail development on Camelback Road between State Route 51 and 20th Street.

The new Burlington Stores will be situated between Marshalls and HomeGoods. It will feature the brand’s updated design to help customers find what they are shopping for more easily.

The selection will include off-price apparel for the whole family, beauty and fragrance essentials, home décor and pet care items.

Burlington Stores also building Valley distribution center

The company, which formerly operated as Burlington Coat Factory, has been busy in the Valley.

On May 15, Burlington opened a new store on the northeast corner of Dysart and McDowell roads in Avondale.

In April, the New Jersey-based retailer broke ground on a nearly 2 million-square-foot distribution center in Buckeye.
