During a Monday visit to a German fair, Russian President Vladimir Putin was approached by a topless protestor who had anti-dictatorship messages written on her body. And he apparently approved.
If you watch the video closely about the :05 mark, the protestor runs toward Putin, who then gives her two thumbs up.
