Sledder takes out reporter during live shot

I don’t think that spot was supposed to work out that way.

Jon Wilson, a reporter for WCCB in Charlotte, was out working on a Winter Storm Pax story when he found some sledders. Perfect weather story, right?

Sure, until Wilson got in the way.

During a live shot, a sledder runs into Wilson, who goes airborne. He seems to fall in slow motion and the snow he lands on looks a lot more like ice than fresh powder.

But Wilson, being a good sport, takes the hit like a champ and even decides to try the sled course himself.
