One girl has had enough of ‘engagement season’

As a younger guy, I’m often asked when I’m going to settle down.

Those questions double this time of year, when jewelry stores nationwide pump millions into ads that everyone is guaranteed to see. I mean, I can’t watch a Sunday football game without watching some guy propose in an impossible way.

But one girl hates the holidays, also known as “Engagement Season,” more than I do.

It features three women who are clearly excited about their recent engagements and all their friends who are celebrating, save for the girl on the left. Pretty sure there’s a few places she’d rather be, none of which come equipped with an altar.

Would this be a bad time to ask her if she has a date to the weddings?
