Kickoff to disaster: First dance at wedding goes painfully wrong

A first dance at a wedding reception is usually meant to be a special routine to celebrate the love between two partners and kick off the festivities that are ahead.

Well, one couple took the “kick” part a little too seriously.

In the video above, the bride and groom start their choreographed dance with ease. It gets tricky when the groom does a backflip, kicking his new wife in the face and knocking her to the floor.

Maybe the most hilarious moment of this fail is that the husband keeps trying to dance even after his beloved is visibly shaken.

There is nothing wrong with a slow dance. Just saying.
