Early voter to Obama: ‘Mr. President, don’t touch my girlfriend’
While casting early ballots Monday, a Chicago man, Mike Jones, told President Barack Obama, "Mr. President, don't touch my girlfriend."
Well, that’s one way to make an introduction.
While casting early ballots Monday, a Chicago man, Mike Jones, told President Barack Obama, “Mr. President, don’t touch my girlfriend.”
Read that again: A man told the president of the United States “hands off” when it comes to his lady, though in a joking tone.
The girlfriend, Aia Cooper, apologized over and over for Jones, but Obama took it all in stride and laughed.
“There’s an example of a brother embarrassing me for no reason,” Obama laughed.
A bit later, Obama called Jones a “fool” and gave Cooper a hug.
“You’re gonna kiss me, give him something to talk about,” he joked. “Now, he’s really jealous.”
