Anderson Cooper’s ‘Ridiculist’ was about him and he didn’t know it

Anderson Cooper’s “Ridiculist” usually features the CNN host discussing more absurd, quirkier topics of the day.

Monday night, Cooper thought he was broadcasting a segment about co-worker “crimes” — things that annoy people in the workplace — when he found out that he was actually both the subject and the perpetrator.

The result was about four minutes of Cooper half trying to get through the segment and half semi-outraged indignation and justification for his “crime” of having a “smelly” lit candle in his office.

Cooper said the candle was supposed to cover the smell of his unwashed jeans. His co-workers said it smelled like “Mario Batali’s Crocs” or a “garden gnome’s underwear drawer.”

We’re not sure which is worse.
