Arizona cities aren’t on the list of the country’s top large or small metros, according to a new report.

The Phoenix metro area ranked the highest at No. 66 while Tucson landed the 161st spot out of 200 of the largest U.S. metropolitan areas, according to Phoenix Business Journal.

In the small metro category, Flagstaff received the 98th spot while Prescott landed at No. 115. Yuma ranked No. 159.

Study rankings came from each city’s wage and salary increases, job growth, high-tech gross domestic product growth and high tech location quotient, says Phoenix Business Journal, and the data didn’t seem to work in Arizona’s favor.

Phoenix’s numbers and increased jobs locating along the burgeoning “High Tech Highway” on Loop 101 were apparently not enough to nudge the region higher.

The San Francisco-San Mateo-Redwood City area won the top spot for large metro areas while Fargo, ND-MN was the best in the small metro field.
