Southwest agent sings to delayed passengers at Phoenix airport

PHOENIX — Being delayed while traveling is a real pain.
All of a sudden, your plans are messed up, everyone seems to be in a bad mood and you have some extra time to kill.
But one Southwest gate agent at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport wanted to make the stressful situation a little easier on passengers. While they were waiting to depart, he decided to add the magic of music.
His Southwest-themed covers of “Some Kind of Wonderful” and For Once in My Life” certainly lightened the mood on the aircraft and probably made the delay a little more tolerable.
