Weekend Valley freeway restrictions for Oct. 10-13

PHOENIX — Improvement projects along sections of Phoenix-area freeways will cause be some lane restrictions. Drivers are encouraged to plan accordingly.
• Interstate 10 eastbound will be narrowed to one lane between Queen Creek and Riggs roads from 9 p.m. on Friday, to 8:30 a.m. Saturday, and from 8 p.m. on Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday, from 9 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday and from 9 p.m. on Monday to 5 a.m. on Tuesday.
• Eastbound Interstate 10 will be narrowed to one lane between State Route 85 and Verrado Way in Buckeye at 9 p.m. Friday to 6 p.m. Saturday, midnight to 9 p.m. Sunday and 8 p.m. Monday to 5 a.m. Tuesday.
