PHOENIX — Friday could be a good night to go out to dinner. That’s because it marks the beginning of Fall Arizona Restaurant Week.

Businesses all over Arizona are offering great deals.

“They are priced between $33 and $44, and for that price, you get three courses,” said Restaurant Week spokeswoman Susie Timm.

Several Tucson restaurants are offering three-course meals priced at $20, $30 or $40, she added.

Nearly 200 of the top restaurants in Arizona are involved. Timm said that The Capital Grille, Rusconi’s American Kitchen, SumoMaya Mexican-Asian Kitchen, Beaver Choice in Mesa and Beckett’s Table are a few of the participants.

KTAR News’ Pat McMahon reviewed and gave high marks to The Capital Grille and Beaver’s Choice last September, and then he sampled and reviewed Beckett’s Table in January. He also interviewed the owner of Rusconi’s American Kitchen — located in northeast Phoenix — in 2012.

Restaurant Week also involves a contest this time around, Timm said.

“There are Buicks that are around town parked at 10 different restaurants,” she said. “If you take a picture of yourself with the Buick, post it on Instagram by using hashtag “tourarw” and share it, you’ll have a chance to win a $50 gift card to one of Arizona’s best restaurants.”

Fall Arizona Restaurant Week runs through Sept. 29. You can see full list of participating restaurants on Arizona Restaurant Week’s website.
