It doesn’t matter if you prefer to call them dust storms or haboobs, this photo is still impressive.

AerialSphere, an Arizona company that has snapped hundreds of 360-degree photos of the Phoenix area, took a great shot of one of the desert’s legendary summer storms.

The July image, uploaded to the company’s website, allows the viewer to take in a huge dust storm from the comfort of their own computer, away from the heat and blowing winds. The photo was taken near Baseline and Crismon roads in Mesa as the storm rolled into the East Valley.

In the shot, the storm dwarfs the nearby Superstition Mountains, though that is likely due to the distance between the two. The massive wall of dust casts a yellow-brown glow over the entire photo and that is only aided by a standard (read: gorgeous) Arizona sunset.

This photo almost made us long for the summer months (OK, we just mean the way summer looks because it’s so hot outside) and the awesome power of monsoons… until we stepped outside on Wednesday. The forecast called for a high of nearly 80 degrees with partly-cloudy skies. Anyone up for golf?
