It looks like what used to be the College Store near Arizona State University’s campus will become a restaurant and retail shopping center.

The College on Rural is a project by developers Davis Enterprises that is scheduled to be delivered next Fall, according to a report in the Phoenix Business Journal.

The restaurants and retail shops will be developed in the now-vacant property on Rural Road north of Apache Boulevard in Tempe. The plan is for two 3,100-square-foot restaurants and two 2,100-square-foot retail stores.

Davis Enterprises has owned the property since 2012 and the College Store, which previously occupied the space, closed its doors and vacated the property in May.
