Not so purr-fect: Disgruntled cat verbally protests taking bath

It’s a pretty well-known fact that cats cannot stand water, can we all agree on that?

But not all cats make it vocally clear that they don’t, unlike little Lucy here.

David Savage, Lucy’s caretaker, was just purr-forming his usual kitty duties, as one does, when he noticed that the cat was making some strange noises in response to one of his questions.

“No more?” Savage asked, only to be answered to with a purr-fectly posed response: “No more!”

While Lucy may be done with us, we’re not done with her; The 33-second long video has been viewed more than a million times in a few days!
