Seafood City Filipino supermarket brings ‘Late Night Madness’ party to Chandler for first time

Filipino street food, live music and dancing are taking over the East Valley Saturday as Seafood City brings its popular “Late Night Madness” event to Arizona for the first time.

In celebration of Filipino American History Month, the free community event kicks off at 9 p.m. outside the Seafood City supermarket in Chandler, hosted in collaboration with LIVE 101.5.

The outdoor party features a packed lineup of entertainment, headlined by live sets from local DJs: Hiits Danny, Complex, Soosh! and Psychopat, with hosting duties handled by Natasha Castles.

Attendees can also catch live dance battles and performances by Leah, RaeRae and Jukebox, alongside a traditional Filipino newspaper dance game, “Last One Standing,” hosted by Kanto PHX featuring special guest DJ Alex.

Food and culture enthusiasts will have access to exclusive late-night street food menus and drinks, including kaboodles, takoyaki, street tacos, chicken skin overload, lumpia overload, avocado popsicles, buko popsicles, cucumber lemonade, orange pineapple and sago’t gulaman.

Limited-edition, Arizona-exclusive merchandise collaborations featuring Illa Manila, Gori and ManyLA will also be available. The event will feature ongoing giveaways and surprise guests throughout the night.

Inside, the grocery store and Food Hall will keep doors open until midnight, allowing visitors to grab dinner or shop before heading out to the festivities.

Admission is free and open to all ages, though organizers encourage attendees to sign up ahead of time.
