Five new tenants are coming to Queen Creek Marketplace in the coming months, according to a Thursday announcement from Vestar, the shopping center’s owner.
Barnes & Noble, Jinya Ramen Bar, LongHorn Steakhouse, Aubergine Kitchen and LaserAway will open at the East Valley shopping center either later this year or in early 2027. Together, the five businesses will occupy nearly 30,000 square feet of new space to the center, bringing Queen Creek Marketplace to 96% occupancy.
Vestar said the additions give shoppers more options for dining, retail and services.
“Each of these new stores bring something unique, giving our customers new ways to shop, dine and spend time at the center,” Angie Kory, vice president of leasing at Vestar, said in the announcement.
Barnes & Noble is expected to open first, with a grand opening set for Nov. 11.
Aubergine Kitchen, Jinya Ramen Bar and LaserAway are scheduled to open in early 2027. LongHorn Steakhouse is expected to open its first southeast Valley restaurant in spring 2027.
