Police involved in shooting in Mesa that reportedly left no officers injured

Officers with the Mesa Police Department were reportedly involved in a shooting on Monday night.

Mesa Police said a critical incident took place near Signal Butte and Elliot roads.

ABC15 reported that no officers were injured in the incident.

However, it was not immediately clear if any community members were hurt.

Authorities told the TV news station that there was no ongoing threat to the community.
