SAFE Alert issued for missing 28-year-old man last seen in Phoenix
David Clay was last seen in the area of 19th Avenue and Greenway Road on Saturday around 11 p.m.

Authorities issued a SAFE Alert for a missing 28-year-old man who was last seen in Phoenix over the weekend.
David Clay was last seen on foot in the area of 19th Avenue and Greenway Road on Saturday around 11 p.m.
He is described as a white male, who is 6-feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. Clay is also said to have brown hair and brown eyes.
When Clay was last seen, he was wearing a red shirt, black shorts, black shoes and blue hat while carrying multiple bags and wearing a towel around his neck.
Authorities explained there are concerns about Clay’s well being as he has a medical condition that can cause him to become confused.
Anyone with information regarding Clay’s whereabouts is asked to immediately call 911.
SAFE Alerts have replaced Silver Alerts in Arizona as a way to spread the word about missing persons who are 65 and older and missing persons who have dementia or developmental/cognitive disabilities.
