Two high-profile fashion brands are set to make their Arizona debuts at Scottsdale Quarter.
New York-based Hill House Home and Los Angeles-based L’AGENCE have signed lease agreements at the open-air shopping center near Scottsdale Road and Greenway Hayden Loop.
Hill House Home, famous for its “Nap Dress,” plans to open a 2,250-square-foot boutique on 73rd Street later this summer or early fall. The location marks the brand’s first store in Arizona and its first in the Southwest.
L’AGENCE, known for mixing Southern California style with a Parisian aesthetic, will follow in early 2027. The brand is taking over a 2,408-square-foot space in The Quad.
“Hill House Home and L’AGENCE are highly sought-after brands that choose their locations carefully — and they chose Scottsdale Quarter,” Taylor Alvey, vice president of leasing for Vestar, said in a statement.
“That’s a powerful signal about where this property stands in the market, and exactly the kind of fashion-forward tenants we’re focused on bringing in to deepen our offering and elevate the guest experience.”
The additions mark the latest moves in a busy year of leasing for the North Scottsdale mixed-use development, with additional retail, dining and office announcements expected throughout the remainder of 2026.
