Scottsdale-based Camelot Homes is ready to open its newest Valley community, where prices will start at $1.6 million.
The eight homes in the Viridian luxury community in north central Phoenix will range between 2,713 and 3,003 square feet.
Designed in partnership with Woodley Architecture, the two-story homes feature a contemporary take on midcentury modern architecture, including butterfly roofs, stacked brick exteriors and 12-foot sliders creating indoor-outdoor flow. Woodley is also is the architecture firm behind the recent Palm Springs project for Pixar and Disney that brought the Parr family home from “Incredibles 2” to life.
One of the floor plans includes an optional privately accessed second-story retreat with its own living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry area, and optional full kitchen — ideal for multigenerational living, long-term guests, caregivers, or a dedicated work-from-home suite.
