Luxury condo garages for vehicle storage coming to Scottsdale

A new luxury garage condominium community designed for auto enthusiasts and collectors is coming to North Scottsdale.

Elite Garages Scottsdale officially launched reservations for its 32-unit development near Loop 101 and Bell Road. Construction is expected to begin in December 2026, with completion targeted for the third quarter of 2027.

Developed by Phoenix-based commercial real estate firm Platinum Advisors, the project offers individually deeded garage suites for vehicle storage, workshops and entertainment space.

“Scottsdale has become one of the premier automotive and luxury lifestyle destinations in the country,” Jim Riggs, founder of Platinum Advisors, said in a news release. “Elite Garages Scottsdale is designed to offer more than secure vehicle storage. It’s an opportunity for enthusiasts to own a space that reflects their passion while becoming part of a like-minded community.”

The development sits minutes from WestWorld of Scottsdale, home of the annual Barrett-Jackson collector car auction, as well as the Scottsdale Airpark and nearby residential communities like DC Ranch and Silverleaf.

Each suite features roughly 22-foot clear ceiling heights and includes:

• Insulated walls, ceilings and garage doors
• A 5-ton HVAC unit
• 200-amp electrical service with water and sewer stub-outs
• Smart-enabled automatic overhead doors
• 24/7 gated access with video surveillance
• Access to a luxury clubhouse with a kitchen, restrooms and event space

Owners can also add custom upgrades, including epoxy flooring, vehicle lifts, private restrooms and custom interior build-outs through Garazadesign.com. Mezzanine levels are available on all floor plans.

Platinum Advisors has completed 29 developments in the Scottsdale Airpark area and 56 office condominium projects across seven states. The project’s development is being overseen by Tonianne Strohkirch, vice president of real estate, with sales led by Ryan Riggs, sales and acquisitions manager.

The firm is also planning Cartique, a separate 100,000-square-foot automotive lifestyle destination set to break ground in Scottsdale in early 2027.
