PHOENIX — Eastbound Interstate 10 reopened after a crash in Phoenix on Tuesday, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
ADOT issued the announced closure around 9:15 p.m., which was at milepost 155, near Southern Avenue, and later announced all lanes were open around 9:30 pm.
The westbound lanes were not affected, transportation officials said.
