Need a new castle? 3 high-end homes for sale at Paradise Valley luxury community

PHOENIX — Got an extra $6 million lying around? You could buy one of three luxurious homes within a gated Paradise Valley community now on the market.

The high-end homes are within Azure, which real estate company Compass described as one of the East Valley’s most sought-after enclaves. The gated community sits near 68th Street and Indian Bend Road.

The first of the three available homes is 6982 E. Joshua Tree Lane, a 5,369-square-foot, single-family home with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It’s selling for $5.35 million.

Compass‘ Cindy McCaleb, who represents several of the available homes, said all three of the single-family homes require minimal maintenance.

“With Camelback Mountain framed perfectly from the loft, you can enjoy premium views with your evening glass of fine wine or your morning cup,” McCaleb said in a Tuesday press release.

Another home in Paradise Valley’s Azure community ‘coveted’

According to Compass, the second of the three homes — 6850 E. Joshua Tree Lane — is the only new-construction home in the Azure community that’s still up for grabs.

The four-bedroom and seven-bathroom estate, which has 5,988 square feet of living space, is selling for $5.34 million.

With a walkout basement and its own guest casita, it “holds a coveted corner position” within Azure, according to Compass.

Finally, 6802 E. Joshua Tree Lane is the most expensive of the three, with an asking price of nearly $6 million.

The three-bedroom, seven-bathroom home offers views of both Camelback and Mummy Mountain. Plus, it has two private casitas.

What’s unique about the Azure community in Paradise Valley?

There are 66 homes within Azure, which sprawls at the base of Mummy Mountain near Scottsdale.

Azure is adjacent to The Palmeraie, a troubled 122-acre development that will eventually feature a Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, dozens of shops and over 15 restaurants. In November 2025, the property’s developer filed for bankruptcy, but a judge in Texas ruled in December that sales of villas at the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley development could proceed.

“Azure is the premier lock-n-leave community in Paradise Valley,” McCaleb said.

Availability within the Azure community is scarce, so these homes are “prime opportunities” for aspiring homebuyers, according to Compass.
