3 hospitalized after multi-vehicle crash in south Phoenix

PHOENIX — Three people were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle crash in south Phoenix on Friday night, authorities said.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, firefighters responded to reports of a crash involving multiple cars near 35th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road around 10 p.m.

When crews arrived at the scene, they discovered that three vehicles were involved in the accident, one of which had rolled over.

According to Phoenix Fire, two adult women were taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Meanwhile, one adult man was taken to the hospital in stable condition and another was evaluated at the scene before refusing transport.

No other information was provided on the south Phoenix crash.
