PHOENIX — Authorities issued a SAFE Alert on Thursday for a missing 66-year-old woman from El Mirage.
Debra Paules was last seen near Thunderbird Road and 59th Avenue on Wednesday around 1 p.m.
Paules is described as 5 feet, 1 inch tall and 200 pounds. She has blonde hair and hazel eyes.
She was wearing a black hat, black scarf, black gown, black pants and brown sandals at the time she was last seen. She is also believed to be in a black wheelchair with a tan bag.
She suffers from a medical condition which may cause her to become disoriented or confused. No other information was made available.
SAFE Alerts have replaced Silver Alerts in Arizona as way to spread the word about missing persons who are 65 and older and missing persons who have dementia or developmental/cognitive disabilities.
