Northbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Raintree Drive closing for 2 months

PHOENIX — The Northbound Loop 101 Pima Freeway on-ramp at Raintree Drive will be closing for two months.

The Scottsdale ramp is scheduled to close on Sunday for 60 days, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

ADOT advises drivers to enter Northbound Loop 101 at Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.

The closure will allow crews to fix the ramp as part of ADOT’s widening project in north Scottsdale.

The purpose of the $108 million project is to add lanes and make other improvements on the Loop 101 freeway between Shea Boulevard and Princess Drive/Pima Road.

The project started in January 2024 and is set to be completed by 2026.
