Silver Alert canceled for Phoenix woman with medical condition

PHOENIX — Authorities canceled a Silver Alert on Monday for a 69-year-old Phoenix woman with a medical condition who went missing last month.

Lynn Coulter was found and taken to a hospital for “precautionary measures,” according to the Phoenix Police Department.

When the Silver Alert was issued, Coulter was last seen in the area of 15th Avenue and Jefferson Street on March 22.

Coulter is 5-foot-6 and weighs 110 pounds and has a condition that can cause her to become easily confused.
