PHOENIX — The Arizona Game and Fish Department’s annual outdoor expo is returning to north Phoenix, which will take place on Saturday and Sunday, March 29-30.
The event is free to attend and will be held at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility. Parking is also free. The facility is located near Black Canyon Boulevard and the Carefree Highway.
The event’s hours will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
What activities will be at Arizona Game and Fish Department Outdoor Expo?
The expo features several activities for guests including fishing, archery, shooting sports and more.
The event will also have more than 150 exhibitors, including outdoor and conservation groups and government agencies.
“We’re not aware of any other free event that combines conservation, recreation and industry into such a welcoming environment for the public,” AZGFD director Tom Finley said in a press release.
“This is where people can find plenty of hands-on activities, see educational exhibits, presentations, test and purchase the latest equipment and products, and connect with social organizations that can provide countless ‘next step’ experiences to support their outdoor passions.”
Guests also have a chance to register to be entered in a drawing for a prize package from Get Outdoors products or Umarex USA.
