Liv+ Union Peak 55-plus community opens in north Phoenix

PHOENIX — Developers behind a new north Phoenix senior community called Liv+ Union Peak celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week.

The community at 25400 N. 21st Ave., north of Happy Valley Road, is for residents aged 55 and older.

Developed by Liv Communities, Liv+ Union Peak offers 145 housing units in one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Some of the homes come with garages.

What’s unique about new north Phoenix senior community?

The residences are located in Union Park area of the Norterra neighborhood in north Phoenix.

Liv+ Union Peak gives residents direct access to major routes such as the Interstate 17 and the Loop 101. It’s also close to hiking and biking trails at the Sonoran Preserve and Deem Hills Recreation Area, along with the 500 Golf Club at Adobe Dam Regional Park.

The community has a lap pool, spa, clubhouse, game room, fitness center, community garden and wellness spa with a massage room and sauna. There’s also a yoga studio, yoga lawn, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts and coworking spaces.

• Water leak sensors and under-cabinet lighting.
• USB outlets, Liv Smart home automation and private wireless routers in each unit.
