Homebuilder announces 2nd phase of development at Scottsdale golf community

PHOENIX — A new luxury housing community that will sit next to Desert Mountain Golf Club is coming to Scottsdale.

Villas II at Desert Mountain has been announced as a sequel to Camelot Homes’ Villas at Desert Mountain.

Each of the 23 single-family, detached homes in the lock-and-leave community neighbor hole No. 7 at Desert Mountain.

Two different floor plans will be available for purchase. The first floor plan features two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is 2,768 square feet. The larger floor plan features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and is 3,305 square feet.

Pricing has yet to be announced, and pre-sales open in March. Interested buyers can sign up on the interest list.

What does Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain Club offer?

Homeowners will be able to select between three levels of membership at Desert Mountain Club (pending club approval). In addition to the six Jack Nicklaus Signature championship par-72 golf courses and the USGA-rated, championship par-54, 18-hole golf course, the club also features a newly renovated Sonoran Spa and Fitness Center, a tennis complex, 20 miles of private hiking and biking trails as well as 10 restaurants and grills.

“The response to our first Villas at Desert Mountain community was incredible, and interest in Villas II has been strong since we added it to our website this month,” Camelot Homes Managing Director and Co-owner Julie Hancock said in a press release.

“With homes set against the gorgeous rolling green hills of the golf course, plus world-class amenities and easy access to recreational opportunities at nearby Tonto National Forest and Bartlett Lake, Villas II offers a truly elevated lifestyle.”
