Maricopa County Home & Landscape Show returns to State Farm Stadium this weekend

PHOENIX — The Maricopa County Home & Garden Show is returning to Glendale this weekend for its largest show of the year.

The Home & Landscape Show will take place Feb. 28-March 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at State Farm Stadium.

“This is the first show to begin at 9 a.m. and we’re looking forward to providing a home show for everyone,” Katie Jones, show manager, said in a press release.

“With free parking and $10 admission, attendees can participate in make and take activities, explore home improvement booths, talk with experts and more. We are excited to continue our ‘Billboards to Bags’ initiative with our fashionable upcycled totes, keeping thousands of pounds of materials out of Phoenix landfills.”

The initiative will see the billboards used to promote previous shows turned into reuseable bags available for purchase.

What to know ahead of the Maricopa County Home & Landscape Show

The event will feature more than 1,000 vendor booths displaying various sales on landscaping, kitchen and bath remodeling, décor, painting and more.

Other attractions include a living greenhouse, Ask a Master Gardener and hands-on gardening workshops.

Consultation for home remodeling, landscaping and interior design is available for free for participants, as well.

General admission into the event is $10 for ages 13 and up. Children aged 4-12 will cost $3, and children under the age of 3 do not require an admission ticket. Free fidget spinners will be given to kids 4-12 years old while supplies last.

Children ages 4 to 12 can take part in the “Kids Corner,” where craft workshops such as coloring and card making will be offered.

The Home & Landscape Show has also partnered with the Arizona Humane Society and guests can receive free admission when they donate either a durable collar, durable leash, six cans of unopened dog or puppy food, six cans of opened cat or kitten food or a durable dog toy.

Onsite pet adoptions will be offered daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
