Why just two? The whole program is fraud designed to get taxpayers to pay for religious indoctrination in a young society that does not want to be part of it.
This program needs to be done away with
it's full of fraud and cost taxpayers working middle class taxpayers a lot of money.
Enough is enough! Shut it down! It’s been proven over and over again they can’t control the fraud.
