PHOENIX — Shiv Supper Club, a new fine dining restaurant, is coming to Old Town Scottsdale.

The new 13,869-square-foot restaurant, located near Camelback and Scottsdale roads, will open in early 2025, according to a press release.

Shiv Supper Club was developed by Riot Hospitality Group, a management group behind other Arizona restaurants such as Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and Hand Cut Chophouse.

“We created Shiv Supper Club to be a fully immersive experience inspired by the world’s most renowned dining destinations,” CEO of Riot Hospitality Group Ryan Hilbert said. “From the creativity behind the menu to the energy of the venue, every element has been perfectly crafted to excite every guest, and Shiv elevates the standard for fine dining in Scottsdale.”
