New luxury detached homes available for rent in west Phoenix neighborhood

PHOENIX — A west Phoenix neighborhood is the home for a new community of single-family detached rental units.

Sanctuary on 51st offers one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with fully fenced backyards or patios in Laveen.

The complex, located at 51st Avenue and Baseline Road, features open-concept floor plans with 9-foot ceilings and double-paned windows.

“Expanding our footprint to the quaint community of Laveen with these detached homes creates a sophisticated luxury living experience,” Jake Taylor, managing director of multifamily investments of developer Mark-Taylor, said in a press release.

“Our community has brand new homes that offer the privacy and comfort that comes with having your own home, without the burden of ownership.”

Each unit comes with a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, an oversized farm sink, quartz countertops and a tiled backsplash.

Homes are also equipped with smart door locks, thermostats and water leak sensors with remote capabilities.

One-bedroom homes start at 692 square feet. Three-bedroom homes top out at 1,391 square feet.
