PHOENIX — Construction on a massive, multi-phase commerce center in Mesa has been completed with more than 98% of the project leased out, Graycor Construction Company announced Monday.

The 1.1 million-square-foot, 11-building Metro East Valley Commerce Center is located near U.S. 60 and Mesa Drive.

The builders just completed Phases III and IV. The new additions include dock high and grade level loading, interior floorplans accommodating office, warehouse, manufacturing and light industrial uses.

The leases of the tenants in the building include residential HVAC, motorsports, pharmaceutical packaging and distribution, aerospace and semiconductor manufacturing, according to the release.

“The location and amenities of these buildings, and their divisibility, ensure their long-term success as a great fit for companies of a variety of sizes and specialties,” Rust Martin, GM of Graycor’s Southwest Division, said in a press release.

Phases I and II were complete in 2016 and 2019 and totaled 712,049 square feet.

“We’re proud to deliver these final buildings at a time of exponential demand for East Valley industrial space,” said Ryan Foley of Metro Commercial Properties Principal, the property’s developer.
