Peoria Country Fest coming to Lake Pleasant in October

PHOENIX — Lake Pleasant will turn into a country-music mecca with the return of the Peoria Country Fest this October.

The festival is set for Oct. 8 from 2 p.m.- 10 p.m. at Pleasant Harbor, the marina on the lake’s southeastern shore, event organizers said in a press release.

It’ll feature live music from four country artists, a mechanical bull ride, a beer garden and food trucks.

Advance tickets can be bought online at $30 for adults and $10 for children ages 12 and under.

A limited number of VIP tickets can be purchased for $75, which includes a meal, private acoustical performances and designated seating and bathrooms.

Ticket prices exclude entry into the harbor, which is an additional $7 per vehicle.

Coolers, pop-ups, weapons, alcohol and pets will be prohibited from the event.

For those seeking a camping weekend experience, a three-night minimum stay at the hook-up campsites or dry camping spaces will be available.
