PHOENIX — Arizona realtor Clayton Wolfe scaled the treacherous 29,035-foot heights of Mount Everest in Nepal and announced a new listing at the summit.

Wolfe held up a red flag to not only show that he hiked to the top, but also described the features of the new listing.

“Just listed for sale is this COZY little 0-bed, 0-bath 32sq/ft off-grid loft located on the top-floor of the tallest mountain in the world,” Wolfe said on Instagram. “With stunning views and lack of oxygen, it will surely take your breath away! ONE OF A KIND, DON’T MISS OUT!”

In his Instagram post he said Everest is the fourth completed mountain of the seven summits, which is made up by each continent’s highest mountain peak.

So far, Wolfe has climbed Mt. Everest, Mt. Aconcagua, Mt. Denali and Mt. Vinson. He has yet to climb Mt. Elbrus, Mt. Puncak Jaya and Mt. Kilimanjaro.

In the process of the climb, Wolfe raised $14,000 for children’s charities by selling golden tokens that he brought to the top of Mt. Everest then mailed back to supporters.

In total, his fundraising efforts raised $25K.

This was all a part of helping the Scottsdale 20/30 Club to reach its goal of $2 million to help underprivileged kids in Arizona.

Wolfe is one of the 50 young professionals who are a member of the organization dedicated to fundraising to support the many nonprofits helping children in Arizona.

“If there is anything I’ve learned from it that I can share to you is to set lofty goals and don’t give up on them, or yourself, ever. Even when things get tough and don’t go your way, it’s all about how bad you want it and what you’re willing to commit to make it come true,” Wolfe said.

We want to hear from you.
