Silver Alert canceled for 59-year-old Phoenix man with medical conditions

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Wednesday night for a 59-year-old Phoenix man who has medical conditions, according to authorities.

Terry Wayne Fowler was last seen in the area of 28th Drive and Cactus Road in Phoenix around noon on Wednesday.

He has medical conditions that may cause him to appear confused or disoriented, according to authorities.
