PHOENIX — The Arizona Biltmore announced it is hiring more than 50 front and back-of-house positions for its newest restaurant concept.

The resort at 2400 E. Missouri Ave. in Phoenix is looking for servers, server assistants, food runners and hosts with great customer service skills and a warm, can-do personality.

Previous full-service restaurant experience is required for servers, according to a press release.

Those interested can apply online.

“This is an excellent opportunity for service industry professionals to bring their career to the next level at an exciting time for the resort,” Cornelius Cover, general manager at the restaurant, said in the release.

“The service industry has been hit hard by the pandemic and we hope to do our part in bringing these professionals back to the positions in which they thrive.”

The restaurant will serve as a focal point of the extensive $70 million re-imagination of the resort that has operated since 1929 near the base of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, according to the release.

Staff is currently being trained for the restaurant that is anticipated to open in early May. Applications are not being accepted in person while the property is under construction.

The restaurant will focus on the unique flavors of the southwest, according to the release.

We want to hear from you.
