Phoenix man with cognitive issues found safe after Silver Alert
An 81-year-old Phoenix man who went missing over the weekend has been found safe, authorities said Tuesday.
PHOENIX — An 81-year-old Phoenix man who went missing over the weekend and was the subject of a Silver Alert has been found safe, authorities said Tuesday.
David Ocampo had last been seen as he left his home near Central Avenue and Dobbins Road in Phoenix around 8 p.m. on Saturday.
Ocampo has a cognitive delay that affects his ability to self-identify or ask for help.
Phoenix police Tuesday said he was being evaluated by medical personnel.
No additional information was released, including where he was found or his condition.
